Are you ready to take flight?

Those are the heart stopping words that begin an acceptance email from the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum.  This is the third time that my work has been accepted into this amazing international exhibition, where they treat artists like royalty. This year, only 94 artists were selected from the 832 entries submitted by 524 artists.  I feel extremely fortunate to say the least!  The 42nd annual Birds in Art exhibition will be opening in Wausau, WI., September 7th-10th.  Am I going?  You bet!  Who doesn't like to be wined and dined for three days while hanging out with some amazing people?  Woodpecker and Muellin whipplesmithplank©2017
