Back from Lassen

I have returned from my residency at Lassen National Park so inspired!  I am already deep into planning my next prints with so many fantastic images filling my head.  I kept a daily sketchbook which I will share images from to give a taste of Lassen.  Of course some of them are really bad so I’m sticking to sharing the ones that make me look like I know what I am doing.   

This marmot, spotted under a lonely parked car, was probably checking the fluid levels.  In some parks they are a real problem chewing through hoses and getting “hooked” on antifreeze.
